Boondi

Boondi is a popular Indian snack made from small, crispy balls of chickpea flour (besan), deep-fried to a golden perfection. These tiny, crunchy pearls are often seasoned with a blend of spices like cumin, chilli powder, and salt, making them savoury and flavorful. Boondi is enjoyed as a snack, added to yoghurt for raita, or used in dishes like kachori. It can also be sweetened for desserts like boondi ladoo.
